Septic Loan The Septic Loan provides financing to property owners to repair or replace their existing septic systems. The loan is made possible through the cooperation of private and public organizations. The Septic Loan is currently available in the following Washington locations:
- Hood Canal (Jefferson, Kitsap or Mason Counties): For residential and commercial property owners in Jefferson, Kitsap, and Mason Counties, the Septic Loan offers a low-cost, hassle-free loan that covers 100% of septic system repair or replacement costs. The loan is available regardless of income, and in most cases, regardless of credit history. The loan is made possible through the cooperation of private and public organizations, and is administered by Enterprise Cascadia.
- Willapa Bay (Pacific County): For residential property owners in Pacific County, Enterprise Cascadia, in partnership with Pacific County and the State of Washington, is able to offer low-interest loans to repair or replace existing septic systems in areas around Willapa Bay. The goal of the Pacific County septic repair and replacement program is to protect the water quality of Willapa Bay so the local oyster industry can continue to support the many jobs and other economic contributions it makes to this watershed.
